This summer fitness program is focused on helping people get their bodies ready for summer activities. This is not only for people that want to look good by the pool, but also for people that want their bodies to function as optimally as possible.

 
If you like things like gardening, landscaping, hiking, golfing, running, or anything else that makes your body sore or painful, we want to help you prepare to be able to take on all of the outdoor projects and fun you want to enjoy this year, AND look good doing it!
We are specialists in body restoration, and helping people do the things they love without paying for it the next day. If your back is sore after a long day of gardening, or your knee hurts after a long hike, we are the fitness option for you. We want to help you look and feel great.
Here are the details of this summer fitness program, and how it works:
Enrollment Period: Today through Friday June 7th 2024
Duration of Program: 4 Weeks
Start Date: You can start anytime in the month of June
Cost: $200

What You Get: Your first session will involve a thorough discussion of your health and fitness history along with your goals so we can get to know you well. From there we will do a detailed assessment to evaluate your movement capability, posture, and baseline function. You won’t just be thrown into a large group workout and ignored, this is extremely detail oriented individualized training. After day 1 you will have 10 semi private personal training sessions that you can schedule at your convenience anytime between 6am-6pm M-F over the following 4 weeks. We will put together a plan that works for you  based off your history, goals, assessment, and lifestyle. We will use your training sessions to show you perfect form on the exercises we select. Last but not least, we will give you a few daily exercises and lifestyle goals to make sure what you do in the gym sticks for the long term.
